Today, we’re looking for ambitious Head of Retail in Tallinn.

Job description:

• Realization of sales plans and analysis of results;
• Staff search, selection and recruitment;
• Employee training and formation of new habits;
• Ensuring correct accounting and general order for fluent showrooms work;
• Warehouse stock maintenance and analysis;
• Periodic visits to showrooms, distribution of daily tasks;
• Cost planning and efficient use.

Requirements:

• Higher education / marketing, management;
• Excellent MS Excel skills;
• Management experience in retail;
• Communicate fluently in English;
• Ability to plan and organize;
• Analytical thinking;
• Driving skills;
• Experience in personnel selection – an advantage;
• Knowledge of the Estonian legal and tax system – an advantage.

• from EUR 1200-1500 after taxes depending on experience and competence
